Serenity by the sea
A lovely, pleasant and comfortable house run by warmful and attentive hosts. Small shaded garden and direct access to beautiful quiet beach for swimming or walking many kms. Very good breakfast. Possibility of a “homemade” dinner by requesting it in the morning. Would come back with pleasure !

The aesthetically built villa, sea facing room, the private walkway to the beach and the morning and evening walks there, tasty breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff – everything was perfect.

Our 4-day stay at the Udupi villa exceeded expectations. The food was delectable, service top-notch, and the owner’s warmth made it special. Spacious rooms and direct beach access added to the charm. Highly recommend this experience to friends and family!

My wife Kirthana and I stayed at VillaMalpe for one night on 8th November 2023. Gautam and May-Kristin were excellent hosts! They were really great to have a chat with and insisted we try their coffee. They use freshly ground beans and I highly recommend you don’t skip this.There was a home cooked Indian breakfast, over which they offered to make us eggs, which was very kind.
The property itself is a very nicely designed, quiet space dotted with tasteful artwork and it is right on the beach (with direct access) only a few kms north of Malpe beach. The room was spacious, neat and clean and all the appliances were working perfectly. We had a balcony in our room with beautiful views of the beach (you can also see St.Mary’s island in the distance). The living room/common areas are nice spaces to lounge as well.
We ordered dinner from outside as we arrived late but you can let them know in advance if you need food prepared for you.
Overall, we had a very comfortable night and will definitely visit VillaMalpe again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Malpe last month. We had a warm and friendly environment and that too at a beautiful and peaceful location. We had a taste of home food! Hospitality shown by all of you was an icing on the cake!
